POSITION: Appointment Setter Team Manager

LOCATION: Utah or Texas (Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio)

PAY: Earn top pay while enjoying a flexible schedule. Average Appointment Setter team manager makes $1200-
$3000/week!

DESCRIPTION: We are looking for leaders who can recruit and manage a team of appointment setters. You will be working
alongside your team leading from the front as an example and mentor. If you have experience setting
appointments and recruiting this position is for you. This position is not a sales position. This is a 1099
position – Commission and overrides only!

WHAT WE OFFER: We pay per set appointment, bonus if appointment doesn’t cancel, and another bonus if the deal is closed by
one of our rockstar closers. As a manager, you will make commission on your own deals, and an override on
the deals made by your team.

LOCATION: Utah or Texas (Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio)

PAY: Earn top pay while enjoying a flexible schedule. Average Appointment Setter makes $600-$1500/week!

DESCRIPTION: We are looking for appointment setters whether you’re experienced knocking doors or not. If knocking is
your passion, we want you. If drumming up appointments using other methods is your specialty, we want
you too. This position is not a sales position. This is a 1099 position – Commission Only!

POSITION: Sales Team Manager – Solar Sales

LOCATION: Utah or Texas (Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio)

PAY: As a manager, you will make commission on your own deals and an override on the deals sold by your team.
Average Sales Team Manager makes $180,000-$250,000/Year! This is a 1099 position – 100% Commission and overrides on recruits and managed team.

DESCRIPTION: Sales Team Manager will have the responsibility to self-generate and close deals along with closing appointments set by our appointment setting teams. This is a position that requires a high functioning individual with drive and passion for sales. The Sales Team Manager will be expected to build, maintain, and grow a team of solar sales reps. Working with leadership, Sales Team Manager will monitor metrics of each
individual sales rep and the metrics of the team. This position requires a great leader who will continue to provide training and mentorship to ensure that anyone on their team puts in the effort can be very successful
with our sales program. You will be working alongside your team leading from the front as an example and mentor.

  • Leadership and recruiting experience with team builder mentality
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enjoy meeting and talking to new people
  • High personal self-awareness that reflects our company values

LOCATION: Utah or Texas (Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio)

Average Sales Reps makes $80,000-$150,000/Year! This is a 1099 position – 100% Commission and overrides
on recruits.

DESCRIPTION: The Sales rep have the responsibility to self-generate and close deals along with closing appointments set by
our appointment setting teams. This is a position that requires a high functioning individual with drive and
passion for sales. Working with leadership, Sales rep will be responsible to meet or exceed sales goals set by
Sales Team Manager. This is a sales position prospecting and closing home energy upgrade packages
primarily focused on the installation of residential Solar Systems.
